Do laser skin treatments hurt?
The treatments are not painful. We apply a numbing cream, mostly to alleviate the stress and anxiety involved with laser treatments. The PicoWay Resolve is a non-ablative laser, so the pain is minimal. More like a light rubber band snapping. We can tailor the treatments so they are more or less aggressive, so if you are nervous, we can have your first session be less aggressive and work our way up. But even at the most aggressive level, the laser treatments are bearable and short, your time under the laser will be between 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the area we are treating.
What areas can you treat with laser skin treatments?
Our laser facials include the face and neck. We can also do the decollete, your hands, and any other spots on your body that you’d like to address. We are happy to schedule a consultation, or we can discuss all areas while we do your first laser facial. Oh, and by the way, all laser treatments are always 50% for your first treatment at DAELA!
