Our Studio Managers set the tone for DAELA Studios. They hold together an entire staff of artists, estheticians, technicians and customer service support. One of the most critical roles in the studio. We are looking for strong, dedicated, organized people with extensive management experience. Customer Service Team
Our customer service team is the tie that binds our clients to our artists. They take care of everything from booking to check-ins and check-outs to managing inventory to setting up artist trays. They make everyone’s life a little easier and always offer a welcoming smile or support to our clients, in all situations. DAELA was created by an independent master artist who was struggling to manage a full book of customers and all of the crazy details of running a business. Just scheduling and rescheduling became a burden while working on back-to-back clients. She needed a resolution to be able to focus on her craft and let go of the stressful part of running a business.
Through this need, DAELA was formed. Our studios are full-service offering a collaborative atmosphere where you are on staff. DAELA is a place to grow and thrive.
DAELA front desk staff take care of the details: Checking customers in & out, building trays, advertising, booking, rescheduling, supply ordering, payroll, payroll taxes, health care, sick time, vacation time, customer retention & customer follow up. You even get a budget to promote your own Instagram! You get to come in and do what you do best: Great Cosmetic Tattoo.

Our boutique franchise opportunity requires an artist-owner works in the studio. We are committed to always maintaining local, community minded studios. This is the only way an owner can control the narrative and make sure that all customers are receiving masterful work while ensuring that your studio evokes the atmosphere of warmth and acceptance expected by DAELA customers. Artist-Owners can have partners or investors who live elsewhere.
Some of our franchisees start as DAELA Artists, which says a lot. The income and work-life balance at DAELA Cosmetic Tattoo makes it a perfect place to set your roots. But, some adventuresome spirits, want more and will ultimately become franchise owners.
