Non-Refundable Deposit, Late Cancellation Fee & Rescheduling Policy
When booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies based on the service and is noted on the service page menu.
We may also impose a cancellation fee of 10% of the service price if a client cancels or no-shows with less than 72 hours of notice.
Why this policy?
We are a 100% appointment-based studio, fully focused on providing an exceptional experience for each client. Every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled so that you receive the dedicated time and attention you deserve.
We carefully manage our schedules to ensure each client receives the full attention they deserve.Â
Because we operate by appointment only, this deposit helps us honor the time we’ve set aside just for you. It also supports our team by minimizing last-minute cancellations and no-shows.Â
We completely understand that things come up and you can always reschedule or use your deposit to book a different service.
Rescheduling & Deposit Transfers
We’re happy to reschedule your appointment or apply the deposit to another service, but please note that deposits are non-refundable.
While we will reschedule with any amount of notice, we greatly appreciate a minimum of 72-hours’ notice. This allows us to potentially book another client in your place, ensuring our artists can still make use of that time.
No-Shows and cancellations with less than 72-hours’ notice may result in a 10% cancellation fee.
If you need a second reschedule, we ask for an additional 15% deposit that is applied to your service.Â
If for some reason, you are not able to put an additional deposit toward your service we have options:
- Your initial deposit will remain on file, and you can call us to schedule when you can place an additional deposit.
- We also have 0% financing available; approval is instant!
Touchups
Some services include all sessions, while others offer a touchup at an additional cost. These details are clearly listed in our pricing.
We recommend scheduling your touchup appointment before you leave the studio. However, if you choose not to book it at the time of your initial appointment, it’s your responsibility to have your touchup session scheduled within 12 weeks. If needed, a touchup can also be scheduled between 13-20 weeks.
AÂ 30% refundable deposit is required to book a touchup. because some people feel they don’t need a touch-up, you can cancel your appointment with 7 days’ notice or more. At 7-days prior to your touch-up appointment the deposit becomes non-refundable.
