Chloe has been in the cosmetic tattoo industry for 5 years. Before getting into the beauty industry, Chloe completed her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Oregon and has worked in fashion sales and marketing. She discovered her artistic ability and spent 5 years perfecting her skills at DAELA Cosmetic Tattoo in Portland Oregon. Chloe specializes in creating natural, fluffy brows, both feminine and masculine. She is also a faux freckle and beauty mark artist. Chloe finds passion in giving her clients their ultimate dream brows and enhancing their natural beauty.
